- Free in-home service for 2 years after your purchase. We come to you, and we fix the problem. Service, parts and labor are all free.
- Our parts are also covered by our lifetime warranty. So after two years, you can send the generator back to us and we’ll repair or replace it, free. Yes – shipping is covered too.
- Have questions? Call us. We have technical support staff in our east and west offices that are ready to help from 8 AM EST to 7 PM EST.

How the MrSteam warranty works
Again, this part is pretty simple. Just call us.
Call 800-76-STEAM (East Coast) or 800-72-STEAM (West Coast). If you’re within two years of your purchase and you have a warrantied issue, we’ll come to you and fix it at no charge.
After two years, call us and we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number, pay the cost for you to return the generator to us, repair it and ship it back to you, or we will ship you a replacement.
